Day 14 - I appreciate good customer service.


I have come to really appreciate good customer service. In today's fast paced, automated world it is a delight when you encounter good old fashioned customer service with a smile. When I experience outstanding customer service I will do my best to show my gratitude by letting upper management know. Often times we are quick to speak to manager when things are going wrong, who many times do you speak to them everything is just right?

It is always a customer's desire to have pleasant experience, but sometimes as customers we do not have the best attitude.   This holiday season and everyday as customers let us make it a point to check our attitude before blaming the service.

4 Keys to Being a Good Customer

Good customer service, however, is not just the responsibility of the business. It helps when a customer knows how to be a good customer.

They’re the ones who:

·        Do their homework and ask questions before getting on line at the checkout.

·        Practice patience – huge holiday crowds can get the best of employees as well as customers.

·        Are courteous and aren’t afraid to say “Please” and “thank you.”

·        Strive to solve complaints before they get blown out of proportion.
