Sovereignty
Lawlessness and love cannot occupy the same space,
or life. One will always displace or overrule the other. ~ Gleaned from UNDER
COVER by: John Bevere
We must recognize the snares of opposing
forces. As I listen to many of the
recent headlines I am reminded that the enemy comes to kill, steal, and cause
chaos. We must rise above divisive
forces, and walk with authority. Sadly, in a world
plagued by increasing inequalities in wealth, terrorism, and weather disasters,
lawlessness is a phenomenon that is likely to be with us for some time.
We must combat lawlessness with proper
governance. Punishment has to be rendered as deterrence to other lawless
acts.
Above all we must rest in God’s Sovereignty.
