Motivational Minute
Have you ever noticed a flower blooming in a barren place? We can gain much hope and inspiration from the desert flower. Although the circumstances around us may not be life affirming we can push through and blossom in barren lands.
To a desert flower
that knew no rain
suffer not yourself
to perish but quietly
bloom and blossom,
spread forth your grace
and fill the earth with
your delicate scent.

I encourage you to clinge to God as your anchor of hope even in a dry season. Psalm 36:9 reminds us, God is the fountain of life; "For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light'.
