Photojournalist are storytellers.  It is through their lens we get glimpse of the world that may otherwise go unnoticed. Compassion, curosity, and creativity are few of the traits that make a great photojournalist.  A camera is a mechanical device which records a moment in time, but not what that moment means or the emotions that it evokes. It will be interesting to see how social media will reshapes and redefine the field of photojournalism.
