CHALLENGE | Break the Fast Food Habit

A friend and I were chatting recently and she told me that the people at her job would literally get their cars and drive one driveway over instead of walking to get Jack In The Box.  This conversation has stuck with me and saddens me. I believe when your spirit is grieved it is a call to action (I will blog about that on another day).

During my walk I thought of a challenge.

Challenge


For every fast food meal that you eat, charge yourself with 30 minutes of physical activity

I honestly believe sooner a later if you are consistent you will give the fast food the boot for good. Marketing of fast food is geared to make you addicted, sluggish, and coming back for more like a zombie.  Make the commitment today to break the cycle.

Remember when you cheat, you are only cheating yourself.
