During my walk I thought of a challenge.
Challenge
For every fast food meal that you eat, charge yourself with 30 minutes of physical activity.
I honestly believe sooner a later if you are consistent you will give the fast food the boot for good. Marketing of fast food is geared to make you addicted, sluggish, and coming back for more like a zombie. Make the commitment today to break the cycle.
Remember when you cheat, you are only cheating yourself.
