Do you juice? I have always been a fan of a healthy smoothie. I can't tell you how many blenders I have gone through. I have been wanting to incorporate juicing from some time now. The family surprised me with Jack LaLanne Power Juicer for Mother's Day. 
 
I made my first cup of juice today.  I must say it was really tasty and filling.  For my first juice combination I used 2 green apples, 1 orange, 1 slice of pineapple, and 1 cup of Kale.  I was so surprised you couldn't taste the kale at all. 
 
I am still learning about recipes and combining with a purpose in mind.  I started a new pinterest board to log all of the healthy finds.  Follow the board if you are in need of juicing recipes, tips, and benefits.
 
A great website for beginners is All About Juicing.  It is kind of like a one stop stop for all you need to know.
