Living Well
Hello everyone. How are you feeling today? If your answer is "not so good" understand you can make the choice to change that. Your health is your choice.
The Living Well segment was born out of my desire to learn about making healthier choices for my family. Just like you I am plagued with all the conflicting information we constantly receive regarding our health. One day something is good for and the next day its not. Or, you find a reliable source then all of sudden they are trying to sell you something. It's so frustrating. We can't afford throw up our hands, because we only have one body and one life to live.
We can navigate together, and as we learn better we do better. I vow to share with you creditable findings, and I ask that you do the same with me. The goal is to live with as much vitality as possible and treat our bodies like the temple and not a trash can.
