The next time you have a scheduled date or appointment ask the person you're meeting out for a walk instead of a meal.  Many times we use food as entertainment. Eating when your body isn't in need of nourishment is only asking for extra pounds.

It doesn't have to be an intense workout.  The fact that you are moving is reward enough. Move at a pace that is comfortable for both parties. We are better when we reframe our lives for wellness.
