Walking the Illuminated Path
For God is not a God of confusion but of peace. ~ 1
Corinthians 14:33
Often times in life we add layers of complexity when we should
just keep it simple. Chaos and confusion
thrive in convoluted environments. Have you ever been in situations that
requires teamwork? While the group argues over the best way to do something,
only turn around to notice someone accomplished the task simply by doing the
obvious. That is what I am speaking of
today. Don’t be the type of person that argues and deals in strife just for the
sake of argument. The energy spent on
arguing could clearly be used to do something more productive.
“Genius is the ability to reduce the complicated to the simple.” C. W. Ceran
Our basic human nature is to over-complicate things. Have you ever said, “It can’t be that simple?” Yes it can be. Many of the world’s complicated problems have been solved with simplicity. As the above verse states, God is not a God of confusion. Therefore, simplicity has to be a godly trait to possess.
5 Benefits of Simplicity
- Helps you do more with less
- Increases Productivity
- Extends Your Reach
- Eases tension
- More Cost and Time Effective
Walk with simplicity in all you do, and avoid unnecessary
complications.
