Laughter Is Good For The Soul

Feel Good Friday

“Laughter heals all wounds, and that's one thing that everybody shares. No matter what you're going through, it makes you forget about your problems. I think the world should keep laughing.” ~ Kevin Hart via Brainy Quote

I believe having a good sense of humor is one of the most useful blessings given to humanity, but is often under-utilized. We tend to walk through life with scowls on our faces pretending it’s painful to smile. Sure life can sometimes be heavy and dark clouds may gloom, but surely you can find a ray of light.

Laughter Is Good Medicine

In the bible Proverbs puts it this way, “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.” You may have had a challenging week this week, but you can turn it all around with the antidote of laughter.
"I believe that if people can get more laughter in their lives, they are a lot better off," says Steve Wilson, MA, CSP, a psychologist and laugh therapist. "They might be healthier too." via WebMD, Give Your Body a Boost -- With Laughter
