Father- Daughter Dance Shines Light On A Dark Situation

The Richmond City Jail in Virginia decided to organize a father-daughter dance—one of the only times dads can see their daughters without being behind thick glass on a telephone. The sheriff who organized the event told ABC News, “They can be very good citizens, and the best way to make a good citizen is to make good fathers."
