A massive oil spill has been reported off the coast of  California.

The US Coast Guard estimates that 21,000 gallons of oil spilled into ocean from ruptured pipeline near Santa Barbara, according to the Associated Press
The oil spill was caused by a ruptured pipeline, owned by Texas-based Plains All American Pipeline LP. Full Coverage visit CBS Los Angeles
