Over the weekend millions around the world gathered to watch
one of boxing’s biggest matchups. The
Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao fight may be one for the history books,
but the larger conversation from a tech perspective is the bombardment streaming

What Exactly Is Streaming Media?
According to WhatIs.com -
Streaming media is video or audio
content sent in compressed form over the Internet and played immediately,
rather than being saved to the hard drive. The media is sent in a continuous
stream of data it can play as it arrives.

What are your thoughts on streaming media? Is it a crime?
I feel that if you give consumers quality media and a
reasonable price then they won’t mind purchasing the product. You will always
have those that will break the law but that is not the majority. As you can see
from this weekend’s boxing match Pay-Per-View providers made millions.
