Waste Management Appreciation

Green Living

Eradication of many diseases in the Western World is due, in large part, to higher public sanitation standards resulting from efficient garbage disposal. ~ Centers for Disease Control

Humans can sometimes be the most vile creatures. We all generate our fair share of waste, but we should have some regard to the environment that gives us so much everyday.

Don't treat the world like a garbage can. Consider ways you can reduce, recycle and reuse the things being thrown in the garbage from your own home. Practice proper disposal of your waste, and teach your children to do the same.

On June 17th, show your appreciation for sanitation workers, and join in the celebration of National Garbage Man Day
